Payment Policy:
- Details of a credit card or a deposit of three (3) days is required at the time of booking.
- All accounts must be settled prior to departure.
- All major credit cards are accepted. No personal cheques.
Complaints Policy:
Complaints received after departure will not be accepted by the management. Please give us the chance to rectify.
Cancellation Policy:
- One (1) days cancellation fee will be charged for accommodation cancelled seven (7) or less days before the arrival date, during the winter season.
- Three (3) days cancellation fee will be charged for accommodation cancelled twenty one (21) days before the arrival date during the summer season.
Golf Arrangements:
Reservations for Golf Clubs can be made through the hotel reception.
Check in : 14:00 hrs / Check out : 12:00 noon.
A late check out can be arranged, subject to availability, at a small charge and payable at the reception.
